General Information
- The website, www.gvbconsultancy.com, is owned and operated by GVB Consultancy LLC.
- We are based in the United Arab Emirates and comply with local laws.
- Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or AED.
- We do not engage in business with OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Users under 18 years old are not permitted to register or make transactions on our site.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Service charges are non-refundable. If government charges are rejected before payment, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- If a government authority rejects the application, it will be considered canceled, and refunds will follow the Refund Policy.
Payment Confirmation
- An email confirmation will be sent once payment is received and reflected in our accounts. It may take up to 7 working days for payment to be processed.
Easy Payment Plan (EPP)
- For RAK Free Zone licenses, you can opt for a 0% interest installment plan. Spend AED 500 or more on your credit card and convert your purchase into easy monthly payments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Early settlement charges and interest may apply as per the bank’s policy.
Bank Account Opening Terms
- Financial institutions in the UAE are regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE and their internal compliance policies. GVB Consultancy does not handle bank account openings. The requirements and procedures are managed by each bank. Additional documents may be requested by banks, and GVB Consultancy cannot guarantee specific requirements.
Services Provided
- GVB Consultancy facilitates the provision of subscribed products and services and the payment to third-party service providers. We do not guarantee the specific requirements of third-party service providers and are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Customer Rights and Responsibilities
- Customers must not engage in illegal or unethical activities. All products and services are for the registered company’s use only. Any sales or transfers require prior notification and approval from GVB Consultancy.
- Customers must pay fees and other costs on time and will be responsible for any expenses incurred due to this agreement.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees are to be paid via cash, bank transfer, or post-dated cheques. Additional services will be quoted and charged in advance.
Business Centre Services
- Business Centre services are provided by a selected operator. Charges for extra services will be invoiced directly to the client. GVB Consultancy is not responsible for the agreements between the client and the business centre.
Non-Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Late payments incur a penalty. Bounced cheques will incur a charge. Annual renewals will automatically renew unless canceled with 2 months’ notice. Any outstanding balances or cancellation fees must be settled.
General Terms
- Notices must be in writing and served to the provided addresses. This agreement is specific and cannot be assigned. The laws of Dubai, UAE, govern this agreement. Updates and changes will be posted on our website.
Website Terms
- Clients must provide their own logo or opt for our service at AED 250. Content, product images, and details must be provided by the client or can be created for additional fees. SEO and digital marketing services are available with specified costs.
